Solicitor
Jennifer is a Solicitor at Avokah Legal, with experience supporting clients through both private and Legal Aid funded family law matters. Having worked across parenting, property and domestic violence disputes, she brings a calm, steady and organised approach to every matter she manages.
Jennifer has progressed in the family law profession from Paralegal to Solicitor, giving her a practical, hands-on understanding of the day-to-day realities that clients face throughout separation and litigation. She has developed strong drafting and procedural skills, regularly preparing Court documents, coordinating disclosure, liaising with Counsel and ICLs, and assisting clients in navigating negotiations and mediations with clarity and confidence.
Her approach to family law is empathetic and client-centred. Jennifer understands that no two families are the same, and she focuses on providing support that is both legally strategic and emotionally aware. She is committed to ensuring clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make informed decisions.
Jennifer is also currently completing a Master of Applied Law (Family Law), deepening her specialist knowledge and staying connected with evolving best practice within the family law system.
